Front Row custom icons/want movies to display a poster instead of the preview

Front Row custom icons/want movies to display a poster instead of the preview

well the title pretty much sums it up, I know how to change icons, but for some reason with avis mpegs etc, finder and front row give me the previews of the movie, only the cover flow in finder gives me the desired effect. Any thoughts?

I believe if, in iTunes, you select the movie, then do apple+i (or right click or ctrl+click), you can change the image for it.
