Long time PC use just got Macbook

I have been using PC for all of my life and just recently got a Macbook and so far I don't why i have not use Macs before, its so much easier to use I find.

Quick questions for you guys:

I am thinking of getting Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Standard but was wondering if I should wait for a new version or wait for update for Leopard?

Any help would be great guys
