Flash Image Windows

Does anyone know hot to achiev this flash effect when clicking on an image. (So the image opens in a smaller window within your browser)

That isn't Flash, it is AJAX.
There are quite a few sites out there that have AJAX codes and templates available for download.
A brief Google search should find some for you.
