Hello,
This morning my computer started acting up and when turning it On it would give me a screen saying "Need to restart your computer". So I would do that but would never take me to my desktop screen but repeat the same screen of "need to restart your computer'. I was able to overpass that screen by restarting my laptop on Safe Mode. Nevertheless, now I have lost the Sound and Airport connection. When I triedto activate them I get the message: No sound hardware found or no Airport hardware found.
Please advise on what to do.
