When I export a still from Quicktime and import it into Photoshop (CS3) I get quite a large difference in color. What's going on? I export to an uncompressed PCT format. The Quicktime is the DV codec from the Canon XL2 camera. Check it out:
The window on the bottom is the Quicktime and is what the color should be like. When I import the PCT file into Preview, it looks fine. When I took the screenshot posted above and imported it into Photoshop, it was fine (in other words it didn't color it even more). I'd like consistency. Any ideas?
