Today I made a blueberry smoothie. Good Stuff. See, last weekend we went to Michigan and we got 10lbs of blueberries, so we have plenty.
If you want to make a blueberrie smoothie - here is the recipie -
1 Blender
lots of blueberries
about 3 scoops of icecream
touch of milk
three handfulls of ice

If you're not a blueberry fan, replace blueberries with fruit of your choice.
p.s. Rhasberries don't work very well..the seeds are too big.

That doesnt sound like a smoothie at all! That sounds more like a blueberry milkshake or plain shake.. sounds really yummy though :)

strange thing happened...after I made it, I came to the conclusion that I made too much and put half in the fridge...when I brought it out it was no longer purple - now it was grey and didn't taste as good. Hrm...strange.

If you want a smoothie. Increase the ice and decrease the ice cream. :)

Hmm... this is how you make a Blueberry Smoothie:

1 ripe medium banana
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup skim milk
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup crushed ice

but gimme a fresh Mango and Orange smoothie... with no added sugars made with full fat bio yogurt, mangos and whole oranges, not that concentrated crap.

yummie...
