Here's an idea

I'm seriously getting upset about the fact that I can't burn video content I downloaded off of iTunes on to cd's or dvd's. If piracy is the issue, set it so that you can only burn from itunes itself and only 5 times. Or 2 times, even 1 time, just let me burn it! Well, thats my rant for now...

agreed. If I download a movie on my computer, I should be able to watch it on my TV. End of story.

I know what you mean though. DRM is a royal pain, but until somebody changes the law, we're stuck with it.

It's called the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. It's the law that companies use to justify DRM.

But I am allowed to create video and put it out without DRM, I do not HAVE to put DRM on my video, I can CHOSE too. But even within DRM there are levels. Like I said, you should at least from within Itunes let me burn my video to dvd 1-5 times.

Like I said, the DMCA doesn't force anybody to encrypt media, it serves to allow companies to do so.

But I agree with the limit thing. If you can do it with songs, you should be able to do it with videos as well.
