when I first launch safari, it goes to my home page which is msn.com.Once loaded, every link I move my mouse over, disappears. If I go to the header on the page and right click a few times things are okay again. Any thoughts?

So far I can't duplicate that here with any of my Macs. Which version of OSX are you running? You are talking about www.msn.com correct?

If thats the case it might be www.msn.com wed page to start with. Msn/hotmail's sits often go down, or come up with funny erro's.( Mind you safari has is fair share of wierd erro's.......but always to do with msn.com)

So you can ithere wait and see, if it go's away.
Report it to www.msn.com and c if they know anything.
Or re-install safari.

One thing you might try is install Firefox or Camino and see if you have the same issues.
