Hi, does anyone know where i can find or download Mac OS 9 background images? I want them for my OS X but i don't know where they are located

they are there somewhere because i can see them in appearance settings

btw gotta love the sounds

i can see them in appearance settings.. but i want the actual jpg or whatever they are

There are many sites for desktop images but try resexcellence.com or macdesktops.com to start. The images are stored in a separate folder inside the appearance folder in the OS 9 system folder.

in the system folder > appearance there only is sounds and themes no backgrounds

is there a way to get them off the iMac G3 OS9 restore cd?

i reinstalled it and they are there now
