Mail Stationary

So one of the major upgrades to mail in leopard was the use of stationary, I decided that this could be cool and useful so I sent a test message from myself to another one of my e-mail addresses, and checked it on a computer not running leopard (running tiger) and the message was there but not formatted like it was shown when i sent it (just had 13-14 attachments)

so the point of this thread is to ask is anybody else having this problem?
