I'm not sure where to post this, sry.
I just switched from Windows to Mac (got a Mac Pro), and OMFG! I love it.
I do have a question, though. In Windows, I'm used to pressing the "home" key on the keyboard to make the cursor move to the beginning of a text box (eg. address bar in Safari), or the "end" key to make the cursor move to the end of a line, etc.
But this doesn't seem to work on Mac. I've looked under keyboard settings, but can't seem to locate the problem (if it is, indeed a problem).
Even as I'm typing in this text box, it's not working.
Similarly, I'm used to being able to selecting a whole line of text by going to the end of it end key, pressing and holding down shift, and pressing the home key.
Is there any way I can activate these features?
Thanks!
