Erase and Install how to?

15.4" c2d mbp 2gb ram 120gb hdd
over the weekend i bought and installed leopard, but i wanted to erase and install dont ask why its just the way i am. but i didnt get that as an option it just installed and left things as they are like my background image and so on..and when i try to look at the new background images that leopard comes with i dont see them all i see is the old ones tiger came with...did i do somethng wrong during install?

In the 3rd or 4th screen in when you boot from the DVD there is an OPTIONS button on the bottom left of the window. You click that and it gives you the option you are looking for.

put disc in and click Leopard install icon. It will ask you to restart. Follow the prompts...

you can also insert disc, reboot holding the " C " KEY...
