3 Gig RAM - Up or Down??

I just installed a 2GB card and a 1GB card to max out the RAM on my iMAC 2.16GHz, 24". After I was done I went to the System Profiler. Well, I can see that the 1Gb card is in slot "0" and the 2Gb one is in slot "1". Does this matter? Should it be the other way around? Like, the bigger one first and the smaller in the second slot?

24" iMac, 2.4GHz C2D, 4 GB RAM, 320 GB hard drive, OS X 10.5.1
As long as it recognizes that the memory is there it does not matter.
