I want to upgrade to Leopard and aside from backing up my personal files, I wondered if there was any easy way to generate a list of all the apps and plugins that are installed on my MBP??? I know that I can go into FINDER and look at the APPLICATIONS folder and write everything down however I was hoping that there is an easier way.

Thanks
