Hey all,

New to the forums, but not to macs, ANYWAY...I just acquired a Geforce4Ti to replace my old 9000 pro (i know, the GF4TI is old, but its better than what I have, and CHEAP!) but when I put it in, i get 2 gray bars on either side of the cursor that follow it, and it crashes every program I try to open!!!! The fan is making noise too, but thats an easy fix. Also, as you probably already know, the Nvidia site is CRAP for drivers for mac and such... IDEAS?
sys specs
G4 FW800- OSX 10.4.10, 2gb ram, 17'' studio disp w/ADC, and extra cooling so temp isnt a problem.

I can take a screenshot of it if someone requests it

THANKS!

Is this a PC card that's been flashed or is it a Mac Ti4600?

Not that it matters, really. If it's a PC reflash, it could've been a bad flash (highly unlikely, as those tend to brick the card, but possible), but more likely than not it's just dying.
