Remote Desktop from Vista/XP to Mac?

I have a Mac at a remote location, and I would like to remote into it from a PC. How would this be done? I can use either a Vista machine or an XP machine -- preferably I'd like to do it on both, though.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm finding it hard to fund info online.
