interior home design program?

Hi, my girlfriend and I was watching something on TV. This guy used a mac to show home owners his interior home design ideas and upgrads. I was wondering if anyone know if there is a program that does this? Because I will be purchasing a condo in the next couple months and we want to mess around with the theme of the condo.
Any help or direction would be great.

I was thinking there was an free program, I can't find it at the moment. I would personally look at the Belight Live interior first. Belight makes some fantastic software.
