Powerful Wi-fi network scanner , which prog i should use ?

Hi there all . Maybe someone knows app that can : Scan , log , analyze the wi-fi networks for example when i am driving in car with open , and turned on laptop ? I need to :
1. Detect
2. Analyze ( is that wi-fi point secured unsecured , if it is secured what tipe of security it has , if not what is speed on wi-fi point in kbps , also very important to know range of that wi-fi point )
3. Log ( save all data in Mac , in somekind a file )
