wierd icon next to battery display on Touch

I have noticed a new icon on the screen next to the battery life display on my iPod touch - it looks like this +oo, anyone know what it is or means?

I hav jailbreaked it, but not seen it before???

Do you have the NES program? If you don't close your session properly it keeps an icon beside the battery like you describe.
