im planning on taking my macbook in for a cracked palmrest fix, and i really would like them to just replace it without turning on my computer (since it has nothing to do with software). i really dont want anybody seeing the files on my computer (personal/business related). anyone ever have a problem with the repairs going through your stuff?

noo they cant override it, I mean they probably can but I doubt they would go through the trouble
and I have a silver skin on order for macbook!

I have stuff on my PB I don't want anyone seeing.. When I take my PB into the shop I backup and erase the personal files just in case someone trys to take a peek.
