Well I know leopard 9a527 as been out for a while, and how did apps work with that?

Only developers are supposed to have their hands on Leopard for the time being (those that do have Leopard in whatever version at the moment have done so illegally and talk about that is not tolerated in M-F).

Even if there were developers members of M-F, they are bound by a non-disclosure agreement with Apple till Leopard is definitely released.
