I had done the partitioning part of the set up when I realized the partition size was to small. When it finished, instead of rebooting, I re-ran it and now it says the system is to fragmented to continue. I have a 250 gig drive, and I have tried this with 140 gigs free for a 5 gig partition, and it still says to fragmented. I think boot camp gives me that error when it tries to create the partition, and one is already there. How can I correct my partition table?

Think first you will need to use BootCamp assistant to restore it back to a single OS X partition. Then re-run it to create a larger partition.

Can tell you right now 5GB is not enough.
