Been looking all over for a way to do this but I'm currently designing an advanced travel spread sheet for backpackers/extended travellers and I wanted a way to take input from one spread sheet and automatically include it in the correct spot on another. Specifically I want to do a calendar function, for example for reservations I have a Date of check-in and #nights. I would want it to take the date 31/10/07 and 3 nights, it would automatically insert the title of that row into the 31/10, 1/11, 2/11, and 3/11fields.
Also on any day that you have a flight/train/bus trip it would be a higher priority than accommodations so for example:
Accommodations:
Hostel in Germany / 31.10.07 / 2 nights
Hostel in Turkey / 02.11.07 / 2 nights
Flights:
München Flughafen / 02.11.07 /
In the fields it would put the hostel name in 31, 1, 2 but in the 2 it would put München Flughafen and in the 3 field it would place Hostel in turkey.
