i have one quick question:
is it possible to run an iMac with a touch-sensitive screen? does current Mac OS support such hardware matchup? Thanks in advance, folks ;D

Well the quick answer is yes, but after the price involved, the logical answer is no. There is a company who is somehow affiliated with Elo who make Point of sale touch units who have retrofitted G3 and G4 imacs. Not sure about the G5/intel though.

I have seen and personally used the G3 and G4 touch at the elo warehouse.
Wasn't particularly responsive, I think they were early models.

A guy I work with has a touchscreen iMac G4, so it's definitely possible.

We found it in storage in an old Toys-R-Us, they used to use them for customer kiosks.
