I've had my MB since May and it has started to slow down a bit. Is that normal after almost six months? It's nothing incredible, but it is a bit annoying after having a super fast Mac :)

RAM. I'm assuming 1GB RAM? Well increasing number of apps do make the system sluggish at times. RAM is cheap nowadays and increasing it to 2GB will give you that added boost...the feeling of a new machine.

Also, although many don't recommend defragmenting the hard drive for OS X, I think iDefrag works really well. Made my system like brand new...
