MUTT HELP! Sending mail & Multiple Accounts

Hi all,

I hope this is the right forum for posting this issue, as it is related to unix programs. Anyways I have several issues and questions regarding mutt:

1) I can't send email via my imap account. I can read fine but not send, is there something I need to add to my config file or edit in postfix?

2) How can I create folders for my email, I have the sidebar patch installed and thought that adding folders would be better for organization?

3) In the future after I get my imap account working, I will want to access other email accounts (mostly POP). How do I do this, is there a good tutorial?

4) Is a there a good general tutorial for mutt, I have been looking online but haven't found anything too useful.

Okay, figured out how to send mail, but my other questions 2-4 still remain. Anybody have ideas?
