Share iPhoto Lib between multiple users

Hello,

I am sorry if this questions has been addressed here in the past.

I am new to the Mac world, and really enjoying it so far, but I have run in to an issue that I can't yet sort out. I have multiple user accounts on one machine, and I would like to be able to share the iPhoto Lib between the users.
