Terminal Disapeared

I just opened my macbook from sleep and i had a questionmark(?) on top of my Terminal icon on my dock. I went into applications>Utilaties and its not there. I tried removing the terminal icon from my dock but now i cant find it anyware.

When i do a search in spotlight it brings up the terminal icon.png files and a directory but i cant find it to open anywhere...

Help!

you can use Pacifist and your install disks to install it again.

Or if you'd like, I can Zip it and email it to you.
