I just updated my iMac 24" HD 2600 drivers in bootcamp using the
DH MOBILITY MODDER. It takes the current desktop drivers and mods them
to work on ATI mobility chips. I used the new catalyst 7.10 with the mod tool
and they work great. Performance has increased.

I did the same thing with my iMac and there was a performance boost. I used 3dmark03 as a benchmark (yes I know it's old, but it was quickly available). With bootcamp drivers the result was ~10600, new catalyst drivers modded with mobility tool gave 11800 as a result.
