MBP 2.2ghz vs 2.4ghz

hi

can you tell me if there is a large difference in performance and speed between a 2.2ghz and a 2.4ghz one on a 15 inch macbook pro?

is it worth the extra money?

i m going to use mainly with after effects,final cut pro,photoshop.
i am not using any games.
i am going to buy it in like 3 weeks time and hopefully get Leopard as well.

can you please advice me which model is more suitable for me ?

I'd go for the 2.4ghz

For using final cut pro, it is faster...
But what's more important than the CPU is the graphics card.
The 2.4ghz has the NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics card with 256mb memory, while the 2.4ghz only has 128mb.

I think you should go with the 2.4ghz, overall the performance will be much better.

true graphics card , i think would make difference for you if you are doi ng heavy editing
