I play it with friends in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, throughout the summer. It keeps your fitness levels up, that's for sure!

I hear ya there. There's never really a point in the game where you stop moving. UF is a real fun way to do cardio.

Yea it really has improved my heart rate all around. Things that used to wind me dont really do much to me anymore
Mainly hockey for me now, that'l keep you in shape!!
