Is it possible? I'd love to use Safari as my main browser, but the lack of an effective ad-blocker is keeping me from doing that. As of now on Firefox, I use NoScript, which blocks all javascript by default, and does a really good job at it.

So, does anybody know a good one? I'm using version 3.03.

Actually Safariblock works quite nicely with all versions of Safari...
