Are the battery's in the macbook and macbook pro's the same? I know they wont fit each other as they are a different size, but do they hold exactly the same amount of charge and power?

Reason im asking is im wondering if they are the same, because the macbook pro has a seperate graphics processor will this mean the macbook pro's battery life is not as good as the macbooks?

Macbook pro battery life is around 2.5-3 hours. The Macbook's battery life is 5-6 hours. Yes, the screen is larger, the graphics processor make the macbook pro a little less portable...

I'm pretty sure the MBP batteries have more power, but even so they won't last as long as a MB.

I thought they used the same battery but the MBP chewed through it much faster...

The 17" MBP has a 68 Wh (watt-hour) battery, the 15" MBP 60 Wh, and a 13" MB 55 Wh.
