Album artwork issue w/ iTouch

I just purchased 16GB version. Most of my songs were purchased from sites other than iTunes. How do I get album artwork so when I download my music to iTouch it grabs the album artwork? Please help...

iMac 20" C2D 2.4 ghz 2gb iMac 20" C2D 2GB 256MB Graphics Macbook C2D 2GB Powermac G4 Dual 450
under the 'Advanced' (i think) menu in iTunes, select 'Get Album Artwork'. this will only take a few minutes (well, if u have a fairly small library) and will retreive album covers for all the songs with recognizable album names and artists....then resync ur ipod touch to transfer

If that doesn't work, then just go to Amazon and grab the artwork from there.
