There's a new firmware update for Classics and 3G Nanos, 1.0.2. Reports are that menus and CoverFlow are faster, with Contact and Calendar syncing fixes and a new "Ask" option for TV out. I've just updated, the menus on my Classic are MUCH faster than before, and Coverflow is improved (although still a little slow paging to and from the hard disk).
