Sure: Plug it into a computer running iTunes and adjust the podcast preferences by clicking the nano in the source list on the left and selecting the 'podcast' tabs on the right.

If you've finished with the podcast's i.e you wont want to listen to them again you can also just delete them from your itunes library & when you next sync your ipod they'll be gone.
