Using Spy Sweeper in Bootcamp

I installed Spy Sweeper and soon after lost my Bootcamp Manager. I uninstalled Spy Sweeper and did a Bootcamp repair. Later I reinstalled Spy Sweeper and tried again and soon after I lost Bootcamp Manager again.
Is there any reason that Spy Sweeper does not run in Bootcamp or is something else going on with my system?
