How to cut, copy and paste and undo?

Apple V: Paste
Apple X: Cut

Pretty much all of those shortcuts you know and love on Windows are the same on your new baby - just change 'control' to the little apple do-hickey.

And to copy images use control *mouse click* - control is next to option on the ends of the keyboard

Also:

Apple+Z = Undo
Apple+Q = Quit
Apple+W = Close Current Window
Apple+S = Save (in applications)
Apple+E = Eject Media
Apple+Delete = Move highlighted files to trash
Apple+Tab = Application Switcher

and there are many more!
