kernel panics - what does this mean?

ok, this is my second mbp. I got it on september 7th and since then have gotten 22 kernel panics. I am getting sick and tired of this. I took it to the apple store and they refused to replace it and give me a new laptop saying that they need to see it kernel panic first. obviously the 16 (i think it was) panic.log entries wasn't enough for them. it is not a software issue (or at least I can't see how it can be). it kernel paniced straight out of the box, with a clean install. i reinstalled os x, it kernel paniced again. my first mbp was replaced for the same issue (after they first replaced the logic board, which didn't fix it). I would give the apple store here my laptop, but unfortunately I'm in college, and I NEED my computer here every single day. I'll post a few of the entries (panic.log is now 30kb, and probably like 1000 lines or something ridiculous.

not all of the kernel panics are unresolved kernel traps, but most of them are. if anyone can decipher this (the genius at the apple store couldn't) I would very much appreciate it.

If it started doing it straight out of the box, there's really nothing you can do. It just sounds like you got unlucky getting two lemons in a row. If you can, try to get it to panic and take it to the AppleStore to show them what it's doing. They're really your only hope.

Call up applecare and speak to them. They will make sure you get a replacement. Kernel panic means something is wrong with your hardware or some software is not working properly with the hardware.

Tip: If the first time you call applecare, they person is not helpful, just call up again and you will get a different rep who might be really sympathetic to your situation.

will apple be able to cross-ship me a new laptop? I really can't afford to be without one...
