imac 5 question, really easy one ;0)

i've had my imac for almost a year now and i have just noticed that the apple image underneath centre of screen is not lit up, should it be? i see the macbooks apple logo lit up and wonder sometimes if my imac should do the same and if it should, how can i make it so?;D

No, I don't think it lights up.

I've got a 2.1GHz iMac G5 and the Apple logo doesn't light up.
