Creating a checklist in Pages?

Alright, so I'm trying to complete the simple task of creating a checklist that I need for work and it's proving to be much more difficult than Mac tasks usually are. There's no preset format of any kind for it, no 'list style' for it.. nothing. Does anybody know a way to create one or am I screwed? Thanks for your help!

If you have iWork 08, then Numbers is the tool for you. In fact, it already has a template for a checklist...
