Start a Program on a Timer?

I know automator exists, and it would be something similar...but can I start a program at a certain time of the day?

E.g. a download program when off peak internet usage starts...

If the torrent (I assume) application can be set to auto-start the download when the application opens then... YES you can with Quicksilver.... Do you have QS installed?

yeah, I use QS a lot. I had no idea you could do use it for this though!

The program I'd like to use is actually NZB Drop. I'm not sure if you have used it. It is for NZB (newsgroup) files.
