How's the iPod Classic? Did they give it a crossfade or folder capabilites?

OK I have the old 20 gig ipod which is fine and I wasn't planning on upgrading until they put crossfading into the ipod.

Next this new itunes added the ability to put playlists in folders. It cleaned up my itunes. How will this work on the ipod classic?
