touch problem

hi guys..
i just bought my touch few days ago.. And i need a little bit of help here..

When i am browsing the web using the touch, sometimes the music playing stops. I don't know why..
i tried and use the music shortcut (double tap the home key) and try to resume the music, but instead of resuming the song i was playing, it loads for a while and plays the first song in my library.

Is this supposed to br a bug or what? FYI, i just updated my ipod firmware this morning, so I am really confused.

This has been happening on both the iPhone and the iPod touch since day one on both devices. Hopefully it eventually gets fixed. Right now all we can do is live with that problem.
