what window manages all passwords on an iMac?

at some point, I set it up so that my iMac asked for my password at startup and now I don't want it to do that anymore. where would I find the window to de-select this?

also, how do I "lock" my computer so that I can secure it while I'm away?

I guess I'm trying to figure out where to go to manage passwords at startup, to lock while in use and passwords once the screensaver kicks on.

thanks so much!

Accounts under system preferences. You could do log out when you walk away from your mac which will require a password.

You can also set screensaver to require a password to lock the screen.
