Checking installed Ram

MacPro 2.66
I got my macpro Tuesday and upgraded the ram to 3gb from 1. How do I check how much ram the machine thinks it has? Keep in mind I am not that familar with the OS.

By the way I upgraded from a 2.99 ghz PC with 2 gb of Ram to the 2.66. Holy cow smoking fast. It is so fast I went back and re evaluated hundreds of photos. I was hesitant to spend all the time it took on the PC.

Apple in the left hand corner> About this Mac. It says there how much RAM is installed but if you want more info, click the more info button.
