Burning Dvds from itunes to imac

have recently taken the plunge and purchasded my first mac. and wow am i pleased. How do i burn a tv prog i purchased in i tunes onto a dvd to watch on tv. sorry if it seems a stupid question but what software would i use etc i cant work it out.

I suppose, if you open iDVD, and then use the Media Browser, you should be able to access your media. It should show under Movies section...

You can burn back up copies of iTunes videos to a data CD or DVD. However, you cannot burn iTunes videos to a DVD for playback on your home entertainment DVD player.

Thanks for the assist. I know now to but the dvds instead of downloading tv progs from i tunes.
