screensaver for OS 9.0

I have downloaded a screen saver, but can't remember how to activate it on an os 9 operating system. Can anyone assist?

Which screensaver? There are many that have been available over the years.
If it is Darkside of the Mac you can go to one of the menus and it will have an item to install an alias in the startup items folder. It will run in the background and will activate after the time setting or if the cursor is placed in a specific corner.
