I have the chance to pick up one of the older model cinema displays for a pretty good price, my question is compared to modern LCD's how good are they?
I am intending on buying a new apple display early next year and have picked up a Samsung 940n as a stop-gap when my CRT died. Given how LCD technology has advanced I am wondering how the apple display compares to modern ones? My Samsung was cheap as chips but it is newer technology so I really don't know.
