Photoshop CS3.

Auto levels added saturation and contrast while darkening the photo a bit since it's kind of over exposed. Not much, but just a little bit. Adding saturation and contrast help make the image "pop" in this case as it's a little flat with the skin being almost all gray across the board. The edit has brighter whites and darker grays which help it a bit. Not saying the original is bad an' all. That and some one could probably improve on my PP

Well it was on Auto settings with my arm over the barrier so not bad I thought :) thank you - i just got CS2 so I will have to try that on out myself too.

I meant auto level in PS.

Image > Adjustments > Auto Levels.
